My weakness is stress eating at work and boredom eating at home. Any tips to help prevent un-needed snacking?

Keep ur hands busy knitting crocketting cleaning reading internet searches on random stuff walking something to make u brain think of something else.

Try fruit or veggies it works for me. I like to make my own fruit salad

Sugar free gum solves the chewing cravings  also keep busy w/ different activities.

Water or tea, especially with fruit flavor, etc. Also plenty of raw veggie sticks with either hummus or cottage cheese mixed with salsa to dip them in.
