Mix it with fat free Greek yogurt. The consistency is like mousse

Yes! Do it all of the time. Use less than you normally would start with a cup and slowly add more as needed

I use almond milk in mine! I just put slightly less than the amount in the recipe and it always works!

@precession18667 what brand do you use ?
by (820 points)
@melodize usually almond breeze but sometimes silk, always plain unsweetened

@precession18667 mine did not work. So I need to use less milk? Do you use an electric mixer? Or whip by hand.
by (5.2k points)
@precession18667 one package calls for 2 cups
by (820 points)
@decomposer I maybe used 1/2 cup of milk less and I whipped by hand! It firmed up quick for me!

Blend an avocado with banana and cocoa powder. Yes avocados are fat, but not bad fat. They also have fiber etc.

@schoolteacher62 lots of points. I do miss avocados though

I made some yesterday with almond milk. It didn't get real thick but it tasted good.

@hemophilia I'm not sure if I'm going to mix the pudding with the almond milk or mix it with Greek yogurt
by (4.3k points)
@detraction I like it with greek yogurt, but it's very thick, so if you prefer a lighter texture, may want to add some almond milk in lieu of all yogurt.
