Why not the plain nonfat greek yogurt. I'm on blue plan and it's 0 points. I just had some with banana, blueberries, and strawberries. 0 points.

I freeze almond milk, then put in blender with a little non frozen almond milk and just like Ice cream

What do you mean? 12 oz unsweetened almond milk is 1 point There is non fat Greek yogurt 0% is zero points The oikos triple zero yogurt is 3 points
