Go back to basics. Remember the things you did in the beginning. Make a goal to have one blue dot day and continue on to the next. Drink your water, you got this!

No, don’t beat yourself up, you are human. Just do baby steps to get back in or plan ahead and pick a day to start. I know there are a lot of opinions on juice cleanses, but I normally do one for 1-3 days as a jump start. After only drinking juice, I’m SUPER excited for any eating, even healthy eating. I don’t do it for any weight loss, just as a reset for my body.

Start going to meetings. It's like AA, going to a meeting motivates you. Makes you accountable. Gets you going. Grit your teeth and just do it. You can!

Start simple and small. I am focusing on diet only right now. Find a powerful enough reason to do it. I have a high stress, often labor intensive job that is also highly rewarding and I LOVE it. That being said I need to be in good health to do it and do it well. I want to be healthy for myself and my family. What's your reason? Family, health, feeling good, looking good? - maybe find a non food way to reward yourself as you accomplish small goals - sticking to it for a day or a week. YOU CAN DO IT, you did before!

Same thing happened to me. As everyone has said, baby steps. I lost 25 lbs before the Holidays as well. It is amazing how fast they come back on. Take it one meal at a time. Best thing I did was going to meeting s. Best support system. We have all been there, you are not alone. You got this!

If I don’t meal plan and meal prep, then things never go the way I’d like for them to. I have to figure out my lunches and dinners for the week and then make a grocery list and stick to it.

I had a talk with myself. I have to eat healthy if I want to live longer. People don't realize it's very important what you eat. Our lives depend on it and it's worth it.

Have to remember how much better I feel now that I have lost some weight. And how much my husband compliments me. I was having a bad day today and almost fell off. Remembered I only have 10lbs to go. If you have more set a small goal that will keep you going.

Been there! I was stuck too. I starred tracking my food just for awareness. otherwise I was in denial. After tracking for a bit, picked a meal and some foodsI knew would make a difference. Eventually getting more recipes and keeping better foods on hand to be more successful. keep on going! You cam do it! ❤️

I have been there. Something that has helped me is a favorite saying from Finding Nemo "JUST KEEP SWIMMING" and you will get back on track. I did Nd I am down 22 pounds.
