I don’t understand the diet soda problem. What can I drink with my whiskey besides club soda? I usually drink not with Diet Coke.

Use the Diet soda if you prefer it. Some people think that the excessive diet soda prevent weight loss.

I guess we’re all different I don’t drink that much diet soda but I don’t think I’d give it up if I wanted it

I know that it is an acquired taste, but I drink mine either over ice, or if it a really good whisky, in a shot glass and sipped to enjoy it.

I did jack and coke then to diet but then also jack in juice like a cranberry mix or something like that

Whisky and club soda. Or once it warms up just whisky on ice. Nice to sip!

Diet ginger ale or Sprite Zero with ginger are both good mixers.
