To optimize my weight loss should I consume only weeklies or only fitpoints? I feel like I earn a lot of fit points.

Personally I use my weeklies for the weekend because I we usually don’t eat as well or we eat more on the go… And I never eat my FitPoints I do earn a lot of fit points but I feel that if you think you need more in a day because you’re burning more calories than eat five extra’s weeklies a day rather then using them all at once

Let your weight loss be your guide! Personally, I choose not to trade my fit points for food but use them for other health benefits (toning my body, stress relief, better sleep, etc)

Neither the more you eat the more calories you eat Use weeklies if you are really hungry There’s plenty 0’foods which are healthiest

You can eat your weeklies and you should if you're still hungry.

You need to figure out what works for YOU. Just because someone does it one way doesn't mean it will work for you so I suggest play around with it. Document what your doing so you can see if it works. Good luck!

Thanks everyone. I didn’t really understand the fit points but I am earning about 15 per day. I’m checking my weight and I’m not gaining but I’m not losing either so I will cut out the fit points for now.

I dont use fitpoints. Ww gives alot of points for minimal activity

I use my weeklies. I used go have my fitpoints added to my eating points but then i started to have like 150 a week and was like well thats opening up a can of shit.

Everyone is different when it comes to weeklies and fit point use. I use about 7-10 weeklies each week normally on my weigh in day as that is when I have something I may have been wanting the entire week. I do not use fit points at all! A slippery slope into weight gain purgatory for me.

Skip the fit points unless you absolutely need them but go ahead & use those weeklies

What are fit points exactly? I didnt assume they were extra points to eat. I see I have 40 “weeklies” too. Im new here, only two weeks in. Im assuming “weeklies” are for cheats? Today is the first day I went over my 23 (just by one) and noticed it just deducted one from my weeklies.

Experiment. Find what works best for you. When I needed to lose I only ate my dailies and half to all my weeklies. When I dipped into my fit points I felt I was eating too much. I’m on maintenance now and eat all and I’ve continued to maintain over a year. (though COVID is taking a toll on me)
