It' the best program because it's a Lifestyle. You can be on the program and eat healthy without denying. I've been on the different WW programs and do fall off occasionally. I get right back and stay within goal. If not this program, I probably would have gained the weight back. It keeps me honest. May is 39 years I made Lifetime.

From my experience, through clients who have tried weight watchers and actually saw results for sometime, weight training is key  there are several reasons why this is, Andy, resistance bands, kettle bells, barbells, dumbbells, power blocks, household items, the list is endless.

I have! Weight training is the best exercise for weight loss. I do eat my fit points (I swap them before my weeklies) to ensure I'm eating enough, but it's been great!

I found the purple plan and weight training works the best for me I need the carbs to fuel my body and I can easily lose 5 pounds a week for a few weeks at a time before I plateau for a bit

I started weight training in August last year and my scales stalled for a few weeks then started moving again. I'm still doing weights now and getting stronger and firmer
