Can I get some recommendations on lunches to bring to work and maybe some snacks also? I am starting the blue plan tomorrow. I have done it before, but, I worked at a restaurant at the time and now I’m in an office. Must be something I can fit and carry easily in a lunch box. Salad is obvious, but I’m looking for anything different.
Can I get some recommendations on lunches to bring to work and maybe some snacks also?

If you havent heard of the bread , it is made by schmidt and I find it at Walmart for about 4 dollars. It comes in Italian, white or wheat. Italian is my favorite

@crore I wonder if they have it at Whole Foods.

@lorenalorene68627 I'm not sure. My whole foods is too far away lol they may have their own brand of it. I know aldi does. They should have some kind of low point bread. I know @diatomaceous438 Lee makes one too.

The sara lee 45 calorie bread is also 1 pt a slice. That brand is easier to find in my area. I love to snack on laughing cow cheese wedges and the reduced fat wheat thins.

@kb7765 I love the laughing cow with pretzel sticks too! So satisfying

@semimonthly that sounds good! I'll have to look for that bread. baby bells are so good too!

@kb7765 Gardner yes, Pennsylvania. Do you have any Schmidt or @diatomaceous438 Lee breads? I have seen where some people live close to the US border and they come over here to shop for certain things. It can be hard to find the 647. See if you can find a light bread. Or low carb wraps are another option. Have you seen the 2 ingredient dough recipe?

I just bring leftovers into the office and put in the office fridge, is that an option for you? It makes things really simple
by (580 points)
@solberg no, unfortunately. I bring a 12 can size cooler with frozen blocks.
by (3.9k points)
@lorenalorene68627 that’s a bummer. Maybe some tuna you could keep in your desk with soba noodles or instant rice?
by (580 points)
@solberg it’s alright. Just a lot of shit to carry around with me lol.
