My suggestion would be to plan out two days of meals and snacks. Then follow the plan. No choices have to be made because it is already there for you. Build on Each meal. After the first day, you will feel stronger. You will feel more in Control. Then do it again. Good luck!

Are workshops meeting in Canada (in studios or virtual)? If so, attend, Commit to tracking what you eat for a week . the good choices and the not-so-good ones. Make a plan for next week: meals, snacks, activity. You CAN do this and you ARE worth the effort!

Maybe think about changing your mind. Way back in March, I was thinking this pandemic did NOT take me down, I was already morbidly obese a long time ago. So, I needed to decide if, indeed, this was just an excuse. For ME I believe it was. That's only me, now. So, right from the start I changed my mind to putting a well rounded program together al la WW & cranked it. I am down a 1, /2 dress size. Take a look at the mind thing. We even talked about it @ a meeting. Hope this helps.

I found thAt starting the day by taking a nice walk outside and smelling the fresh flowers and trees is a great way to start.

Pick a day. Stick with it. Be prepared. Grocery shop. Cook. Pre-package. Whatever it takes. I gained 14 lbs since this whole shiz show started. I’m down 5 lbs since Monday. I set this past Monday as a restart day. No messing around!

Revisit your “why”. Write it down in your phone & look at it throughout the day. Look at the new member info to refresh yourself. We can do this!

Someone posted this in the group. I saved it if ever needed. Maybe it can help you. I would also like to add daily prayer  asking for strength, courage and motivation. A cup of green tea  and a daily woman’s one a day metabolism vitamin.

Best thing that helped me was writing down my goals, the excuses I use that prevent them, and a solution to correct that. Didn’t all have to be about weight loss. Just goals in general. But it opened my eyes to how much I used excuses.

Start where you started before. Make a plan, prepare your meal, and track. Remember to pay attention to how you feel mentally and physically. Your mindset makes a big difference.

Start at the beginning. Reread all the materials you got when you joined. Track, weigh and measure everything. Keep going to your meetings. The plan works if you follow it.
