Since beginning Weight Watchers I have been extremely bloated and have had stomach distress twice. Is this normal? If so, what can I do about it? Thanks

Could it be in increase in other foods you are eating now, which although healthier, could have more fiber?

Are you drinking Premier Protein shakes? I had that problem when I was drinking them.

@shah44 I won’t drink those. I want to eat healthy and those aren’t healthy. Thank you

@fondly80148 oh most people on WW drink them that’s why I asked.

@shah44 you’re right lol. But personally I think they’re gross and so unhealthy.

When you say "bloated, " is that a euphemism for constipated or water retention? If it's water retention, I would drink some lemon water every day and make sure you're getting some exercise.

Depends- I've found I actually CAN'T eat cruciferous veggies raw (you know, LETTUCE and broccoli! ) they give me a really tough time digestively. I'd never known if I hadn't done WW.

I had that too. Body wasn't used to all the veggies and fruit. It calmed down after a couple weeks.
