As you lose weight you lose points because your needs are different

As you lose it will adjust. Or If you change plans it will also change

As your weight goes down, your points go down

Was it 42 excluding and roll over points? Or did you have rollover points last week?

As you lose weight, you lose points. That is how you continue to lose weight. They start you off on the amount of points you need to lose 0. 5-2lbs a week. This is healthy weightloss that keeps your skin nice. As you lose you drop into the next range. You require more and it keeps you satisfied and on program in the beginning. Think of losing points as a good thing. It means you are successful and will eventually reach goal. Green base points is 30 Blue base points is 23 Purple base points are 16 That is the lowest points you will get on each of the programs

WW calculates how many points we need in a week to safely lose based on gender, age, height and Current weight. Most of those points go to dailies. The rest are held back for Weeklies. Each time you update your weight, it goes through the calc for points. Once you get to the minimum on dailies, weeklies go down. They don’t go down that often, but it is 7 at a time - which is a shock Congratulations and Condolences on your losses
