Start with something easy. Sauté a tilapia filet, boil a potato, and make a salad. Sauté in 1-2 tsp of oil, use lemon and Old Bay as seasoning. Use a low fat sour cream with scallions or soy bacon bits. And mix a salad dressing using lemon and one tap of oil. Total 1 T of oil. Fish is low in points and a potato cut in pieces and boiled is often a very large serving. Count your points and work backward. I plan my breakfast, then lunch. Always track your food and measure, measure, measure!
