Stalled at same weight for about 3 weeks. Tried changing up foods to boost metabolism. Walking. But not as much as I used to. Changed plan from blue to purple. Only doing online. Should switching plans help? Down 14 lbs out of 30 lbs to goal weight. Any ideas to help me?

I would say up your water and try to have an honest look at your zero foods hope this helps!

I was stuck. ate what I wanted this weekend, down 2 pounds today. sometimes you need to shock your body back into losing. I usually eat off plan for a day or 2 when I get stuck. I log everything and don’t go completely nuts, then it’s almost like a restart for my system.

@insomuch I heard this works from a bunch of people I want to say it’s called “carb cycling” but I may be wrong

@orelia73697 not sure what it’s called, all I know is it worked for me. would not do it every weekend, but tried it because I was stuck for like 3 weeks. only thing I did differently. lol, may do again next weekend. for my birthday, lol

3 weeks means you are knocking on the plateau door. Plateaus are real, normal and very frustrating. There are lots of opinions on how to break a plateau. I don’t know if any really work or if it just gives us something to do. Sometimes our bodies just need time to adjust and catch up to our changes. Patience and perseverance will always win In the meantime look for other signs of success. It’s not uncommon to see reduced inches when the scale doesn’t move
