So what's the new program like? Are they still pushing the whole zero point chicken/corn/beans/fruit thing?

Green plan is essentially the old Smart Points plan, so you count points for everything except fruits and veggies. The only real difference over the prior Smart Points plan is that you can roll over four unused daily points into your weekly bank of points for use on another day (or to make up for negative points on a previous day).

Ooh cool! thank you!

Blue is the freestyle plan that had some proteins like chicken breast, beans and greek yogurt declared zero points, but you get fewer daily points to eat. Purple is Blue plus whole grains and some whole grain products are declared zero points, but you get even fewer daily points.

I went right back to green when the introduced it. Only so much chicken breast and beans a girl can eat.

@scopas well no one is forcing you to eat these, it’s just that they are free!

@sufficiency I’ve been on green for 3 weeks and have lost 11 pounds.

It depends on which program you’re on

@grundyism this is it. I buy it online from a friend. I don’t sell it. It helps with mood(which I need) and energy. I had this almond milk creamer for 2sp a day and Splenda. It’s better than the Starbucks I used to start my day with!

@lower thank you, do you have to eat all your points or is it OK if you don’t and you don’t go crazy on the zero point foods
by (7.7k points)
@grundyism I eat my points or I don’t lose. I also eat 1/2 my weeklies
by (1.1k points)
@lower thank you do you weigh daily
by (1.1k points)
@lower do you ever eat junk food for half your weeklies or you still keep it healthy

Your question sounds kind of confrontational. There are three different plans. One has 300 or so 0 point foods and yes, chicken, corn and beans are 0 on that plan. There is another that includes 200 zero point foods and the one that gives members the most daily points has 100 or so 0 point foods. So, the answer is; yes. And no.

The zero point stuff is not for me at all. The one that was before this. Never worked for me. But I will check out the new one if they have changed it :)

@sufficiency perhaps look at the green plan which gives your higher points value, and the zero foods can be a bonus

Blocked her as I am here for support not this kind of bullying.

@luke6 I don't blame you. Why is it so hard for some people just to be kind and courteous to others in a group that is meant to help everyone.

@monoxide761 exactly. We need to build each other up. I guess some people feel safe hidden behind social media to cut people down. But I have the power to block them out of my life.

I've been doing as well on the Blue plan as I think I can do right now, but I'll allow that if lower fat meats, veggies, legumes, and fruit aren't appealing to you, it would feel really restrictive. I was on SmartPoints before, and I did lose a good bit of weight, but I've been able to stick with FreeStyle (with lapses) longer.

What is the point value of Greek yogurt on the old , 2, 3 success points program?

They're not pushing anything. All WW programs work as long as you follow WW guidelines and remain persistent and consistent. They now offer 3 old plans.

@pervious I agree. They're not "pushing" anything. The pp rograms work and they don't trust your arm to join.

Green is essentially the old smart points plan where only fruit and non-starchy veggies are zero. I still remember when flex became pointsplus and fruit became zero points. If you are still stuck on fruit having points, then you might have trouble with green, but otherwise, it's pretty much the same as smartpoints, the plan before beans became zero points.

Totally fine with fruit and veggies :)
