Question - Does anyone do "Hello Fresh" food deliveries? I did it for a trial - the meals were good, small (normal size? ) but when I went to the nutritional info one came out to 30 Points! another to 23! and that one was a vegetarian one,

I have tried several different ones, and don't feel any of them are worth the cost to me. ♀️

same. My family is picky so I ended up using the ingredients differently which I don’t think is the point.

Blue apron is another service and they have weight watcher friendly ones that are much lower in points and come labeled with the points!

You need to calculate the recipe yourself. Their nutritional info contains the butter and oil they ask you to use to make the meals. I always just use cooking spray or spray butter and never real butter and oil which makes the meals ww friendly.

Use the recipe builder and the points come out better than on the nutritional value calculator but I find they still come out very high points. You can often cut the oil and such in them down drastically over what is suggested so put in the recipe builder what you actually use. Oh also when you are looking and picking meals pick ones that have the zero point proteins like chicken and fish.

I like home chef. You can pick the protein and I omit the oil or butter and just calculate the meal out individually because of not following it 100%. They also have different greens and oven ready you can pick from.

I do Home Chef and love it. I calculate based on ingredients instead of the nutritional information provided. Most meals come out to 9-11 points for me.
