Choose the color blue and stick with it for 6O days. Super easy plan and it works! I absolutely believe having the three colors could be very confusing for new members. I stayed with what worked for me prior to them making this color change!

@inveigle me too but I chose green. Old lifetime member here using it for maintenance. I quit for a long time when Freestyle started. Everyone was gaining weight!

I didn't think you could choose a color. I thought the quiz gave you your color based on your answers

It's easier to stick with than most others.

It's easy to learn but I just hate tracking points and I have quit like 3 times but when I stuck to it. it worked great and I lost weight and was very aware of what I was eating

It's really hard for me. Started my journey on the 18th of this month.
by (1.2k points)
@sufferable it is difficult - but the rewards are really great! My weight and food battles must be conquered or else I will struggle with medical issues. What really is my choice! So, those that must lose. must lose.

@crouse that's where I am. If I dont loose my medical issues will win. And I refuse that option

I quit after a month and just an app on my phone to track my c as lorries and weight. Much easier for me; because my job requires me to be on the road all the time . I dont have the time to prepare meals to bring with me nor do I have the refrigerator space.

Anything viewed as a “diet” can be restrictive” but there’s more flexibility with WW to make it a lifestyle change and enjoy it too

I would count all the points, exercise but only lost a little. My doctor was getting ready to retire and he said I should try the hair analysis test to find out what foods I was intolerant to. I lost 16lbs the first 2 weeks without even trying www. myhairanalysistest. com

It is what you make it. You can learn to work the program , preparing foods a little differently, making good choices at restaurants, using weeklies wisely OR you can have a cheater mentality and try to cheat your way through. That won’t work. You can’t cheat the program. It’s a very good healthy way of eating if that’s what you’re looking for.

I'm only a few weeks in but the way I personally see it is (and from my mom's experience) once I hit my goal weight, I can start being lenient on what I eat (within reason) and start rolling into my weekly points. Currently, I REALLY want to hit my goal weight, so I try not to go over into my weekly, unless I'm really craving something (time of the month usually). For me, I really want to lose the weight and I keep telling myself it'll be worth it. And the fact that it'll cost me $40 to cancel my 6 months and I'm not wasting $20 a month lol. I find this lifestyle to be a lot easier than others I've tried. I love this point system. So to answer your question, no. I think it'll get so much easier the longer you do it, especially once you hit your weight goal

@meantime I don't use my weekly points ever unless it's a special occasion.

No I love it because you can eat anything you want. Portion control is important. I’ve learned I need to limit my sugar also. It makes a big difference.

It is hard for me but it is something I got to do. I really want to lose. I choose WW because it allow me to eat regular food. It is my choice if I want to use the points. It give me a choice.

It is not hard or difficult because you are not stopped from eating anything you just have to stay inside your points for the day and it works

No, not at all! Been at lifetime for a year and find that I'm eating things I never thought I would be able to on a diet. WW had just taught me how to plan for the splurges and to not eat things that I don't feel are worth the points.
