I do Wednesday, it’s right in the middle, time to re-adjust after the weekend and see what it’s going to take over the weekend to reach your next goal and plan accordingly.

Thursday, cus Friday starts the weekend for me. And I have Mon thru Wed to be super good if I was bad over the weekend. Discipline is key.

@mezzosoprano8496 you get daily points and weekly points. You try and stay within your daily points; but say you're going out to eat. You have weekly points that will kick in. It makes WW more livable.

None. I used to get anxiety about weigh in. Couldn't sleep the night before. I'm way happier now I've thrown out the scales. I just try on my skinny Jean's every week. This way I don't give up if I didn't see the scales move. ♥️

I do Monday, I sit at work all day and I retain water in my legs, by Monday it is all gone and down to normal from moving around and keeping them elevated, it can mean as much as 8 pounds, I don't get on scale any other time.
