I’m older ( 65) I need to lose 50 lbs , I’m 203 at 5’4” , I work all the time , when I’m not working I’m cleaning preparing meals , laundry and getting ready to go back to work, days off consist of cleaning what I couldn’t get done , I belong to a gym but my legs hurt so bad from standing that when I get home I just wanna sit , all this is pre covid, anyway my motivation and self control are lost , I joined because I know it works but my anxiety is killing me , so I’m really lost on what to do , stay at WW or , I don’t know what the or is ?
