The last few weeks I've been struggling with keeping on track with my food and good habits. There has been a lot going on that caused alot of stress. . any suggestions to overcome this bump in the road?

Track for two days, the "good" and the "bad, " then try to stay within your allotted points. Little by litle.

Visualize it from the end. how much healthier you will be and feel. What an inspiration you will be to others who are struggling and most importantly, how satisfied you are having accomplished your ‘why? ’ the reason you started on this journey. All the best. You are not alone.

Start over today and do it for just 24 hours. Each day . just do 24 hours Go outside Get some sunshine Exercise Just 24 hours at a time
