Nope. I'm in the same boat. I've lost 5. 6 pounds but I feel like my body is changing. We have to stay the course even though it is very slow

No it isn't, sometimes you lose more inches before the weight. Stick with it!

No! You can lose fat and not see the scale move! I had a friend stay the same weight but went down in sizes.

We have to do baby steps. Often we get our reward in baby steps. We don't notice, we don't notice, we don't notice and the. WOW, did that just happen. NICE.

At lot of factors affect weight loss (Ex—water retention, how much excess weight you have to lose, salt intake, muscle building, medications and more). Think about how long it took you to gain this weight. You are doing well and you are not gaining weight!

Not your imagination, especially if you’re exercising. Building and toning muscle changes your body.

Same here. stepped up my barre3 and gym—in a month I’m up 2 lbs but my clothes and body are so different. Trying to not let the scale define me. Btw, I’m 59 and it’s not easy to drop the pounds. So now I do measurements to make myself feel successful.

No, you don't always have to go by the number on the scale or how much you've lost. You're clothes will show you that. My clothes are starting to get big on me, so although I've only lost 8. 8 lbs in 4 weeks, my clothes are telling me that something is happening. <3
