Im thinking of switching from WW blue to purple. Any thoughts on the Purple plan?

9 pounds in two weeks. But remember. it's NOT the plan, it's how you manage it. I watch portion control and use my zero point foods. I am also NOT AFRAID to go into my weeklies, sometimes daily. Oatmeal for breakfast. FF Plain Greek yogurt with frozen berries. Salad with zero point dressing, add egg, chicken, beans, whatever. Dinner is much easier with the addition of whole grains and potatoes. Turkey meatballs. the options are limitless with a little imagination.

I started out on purple and in two days I gained a lb. I switched to blue and lost the lb I gained plus 2. 4 more my weigh in day is not officially till Saturday

They recommend you stick with a plan for 2 weeks before you switch back. Your body needs to adjust.

Great plan! You have a lot of zero foods which make it great! Down 6 lbs since @vet16998uary which for me is good! Slow and steady!

I’m soooo much more satisfied on purple and snacking much less on unhealthy foods. I don’t feel in. My way deprived

I did purple for 2 months, went back to Blue. I found purple too restrictive (points wise) and did not eat many of the free stuff I thought I would.

It seems like the purple plan is best if you don’t eat out much and cook most of your own food, I have tried all three now

I switched to purple for 2 months, only lost about 3 or 4 lbs. I am trying green now because I could never stay in my points. If green doesnt work going back to blue, lost 60 lbs that way!

Blue seems to work pretty good- keeps me away from overdoing my trigger foods- rice and pasta-

If blue ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I lost 20 lbs in 4 months on blue. Made it beyond my goal weight. I will stick with it

I just switched to purple this week. To switch things up. It’s has more zeros for whole wheat pasta and rice. But waiting to see if i gain since it includes carbs

I love the purple plan. There are 300 zero point foods. They are healthy natural foods that I enjoy and I have no problem minding my portions because I know zero points does not mean zero calories. So it is 1 banana not 5 and a cup of brown rice not a whole rice paddy. I use the points for healthy fats, bread, and dessert. It leaves me no points for mindless snacking. On the blue plan I was eating the zero point foods which I loved then eating a ton of snacks because I had the points for them. Now I track dessert first and work the rest of my day around it.

I couldn;t loose on Blue I fought it a good part of last year. I rejoined in @vet16998uary and I am already down 10 pounds. It's like a shoe. it just fits.
