I’ve tried 5 times and the firmware won’t update. Should I take the camera down and place it by the base station?

It doesn't look like it's too far but probably worth a try. How fast is your internet connection?

It’s early in the AM so it should be fast. I’d say the base station is 25 feet from the camera

I have one camera that said the same thing too at the exact same time as yours

I’m on solved I brought the camera in for about five minutes, replace the battery and now the software updated. So I guess it was just too cold.

It’s not the weather lol (it’s still hot in Australia) mine did the exact same thing but after re installing it and resetting the base station it worked!

Jut arrived mine its the fifth one and I had the same problem but try couple of times, remove the battery and try again. Did work in the end
