Hey guys, I need help, I was wondering if any of you tried getting Custom Conversions from ManyChat to Ads Manager. I have set up a separate Thank you page which pops up after our customer answer to all 5 questions in Messenger, which will trigger pixel and record a lead/conversion in Ads Manager. My Campaign is set up to Conversions, Ad Set level is Messenger with Conversion Event Location at Thank You page, while Optimization for Ad Delivery is Conversions (Thinking what should I choose from Conversions, Conversations and Link Clicks) Ads Manager is predicting 0 conversions which worries me since I already had 1 conversion for the whole day. What do you think? Any suggestions? Did I think this through well? Thank you! PS: Conversions must be recorded in Ads Manager.
