Question: I'm in the POD biz, but gearing up to run ads for a mortgage broker. What campaign objectives are you using? Lead gen? Thanks in advance!

Yip. I run conversion only campaigns. This is my first lead gen situation

Oh man this is going to be a tough switch. Mortgage broker advertising needs to comply with local, state, and governing body laws. They also fall under special ads categories. You should read up on these before you run ads. Financial services is a specialized niche, so it's a far cry from POD ads. Conversion ads run fine for lead gen as far as mortgage ads go.

Not switching as POD is my bread and butter! I just set up my first ads and made sure to comply with FB's fair housing laws and privacy policies. I created a landing page form inside of the ads manager, super cool actually!

@crypt72 yep you should be okay. Lead gen ads are fine, but we don't use them due to limitations with them.
