My pixel shows i have 2000 pageviews in the last 365 days, my shopify dashboard says i have 1700 visitors on my website. But when i try to create a personilised audience with the ''all website visitors in the last 365 days''. FB audiences says the quantaty is below 1000 visitors. What's happening here? Thank you guys

Ad blockers, pixel fire problems, and Facebook cant find a profile etc. All that minimizes your custom audience.

@mumps96 I'm not a IT professional or coder or whatever so I cant really help you there. Just utilize best practices for Facebook Pixel installations and you should be good.

There is software that goes around that and it can still fire the pixel even with people having ad blockers

Nothing wrong is happening. I think you misunderstood. 1700 visitors shown in Shopify does not mean all of them are attributable to an FB account. Pageviews does not mean 1 person is 1 page view.

You should also take into consideration that people view your store multiple times and / or browse through multiple pages.
