yes, there are hun. Unfortunately the Spanish took over our British bluebells and now most are hybrid and not 100% bristish x The bristish blue bell is protected hun Spanish isn't xxx

What you see in the woodland is native bluebells, which Are lovely. What the OP showed was Spanish bluebells which kill our native species, and should be dug up

Not yet, let the flowers die off, they dont last long, and then you can dig up the leaves, they are tiny bulbs. Just trim the leaves off and throw the bulbs wherever you want them to grow.

They are bluebells. most people love them. they don't look like Spanish bluebells. i have loads of the Spanish ones as well as the native ones. the Spanish are far much bigger and the flowers and stalks fatter the ones in ypu picture look delicate like the native. i would nt kill them but it's each to his own

A way to tell thw differece between a native bluebell and a Spanish one is how the flower sit on thw stems. A Spanish one the blue flowers stand up more where as the native variety dangle like bells. If in wild your not allowed to touch the native ones. But on your own property you can. I would wait until its finished flowering and thenjoy move to an area you rather it grow. The bluebells in your pic are the Spanish variety.
