At this time of night I think of random things to make, now I have a idea but unsure how to do it. I have something made from polystyrene that I want to cover and put in the garden. has anyone got a idea what to use. would concrete stick to it.? Would outdoor polyfilla be better.? Anything else I could use. help would be appreciated xx

Plaster of Paris isn't waterproof, but you can use concrete. It would need to be quite a thick mix to hold and possibly 2 or 3 coats to make sure it's all covered. You can use yacht varnish to seal it, or paint with acrylic paint the varnish it.
