Do you think its to early to move a Rambling Rose, or should I wait another month or so ? I planted it late summer last year, to go over a trellis arch. I have had to take the arch away, as the wind has blown it down twice. Just not sure if its safe to move the Rose. Thanks for reading :-).

Yes it’s dormant now move it ASAP it will soon start to grow put some bonemeal in the soil with it
