You can buy a film that makes the window look frosted or you could put a curtain up. Then I would have a window box on the outside with either real or artificial flowers, and attach a small wind chime from the roof either side of the window.

I just flashed on painting the wall below, to make a 4-pane window. Is that Tromp l'ieole (spelling) maybe a kitty on the window. maybe a real window flower box and some shabby chic shutters.

You can buy window film that is tinted but looks reflective. Put that on and make it look like a mirror

You could put a window box with flowers under the window, and shutters around it. I did that to a boring shed, and it turned out really cute! You could also put some sheer curtains on the inside to hide all the "stuff".
