Is there anyway to SAVE my grass from a very large pool? We purchased a very large bestway pool but our whole garden is grass (and was only re-turfed last year (which cost a fair amount). The pool is up, but I took it down last week after a few days as I was worried about it destroying the grass (can I just add, the syphon function doesn't work - it took 2 days to to get 2inches out - we had to sit on the end and pull the filters out in the end) but with the coming week being absolutely lovely we want to keep it up as there's not much else the kids can do (other than school work) but my grass anxiety is on over drive. IF the grass is struggling after a week or so of the pool being on, will just reseeding help it? Is there anything I can do afterwards to stop my grass dying? Thank you!

Add a patio for the pool and it's a nice feature for table when pool is down.

@edessa there’s no room for a patio hence why we don’t have one.

I had an 18ft pool. it will kill the grass off. just rake over some top soil n re-seed.

You need to move the pool every week Longer than a week without sunlight the grass will die The grass will turn yellow because of lack of nutrients but will come back ok
