I got a tractor tyre, i`d like to use for flower bed, do i need to do any thing to tyre before planting?

I put mine on a board so I could move it around and drilled holes in the bottom of the wood for drainage. It stands at the side of my drive so didn't want the soil to wash away at the bottom.

I turned a large plastic planter upside down & put the tyres over it, made it more mobile & easy to slide around.

You can paint the outside with emulsion to make it pretty.

Thank you my garden is very wet most year round a little rain takes days to dry garden up reason i am having slabs except few areas to add plants and pots

I have 3 raised beds made out of lorry tyres. The only thing we did was drillholes in the walls si they didn't get waterlogged. Garlic growing happily in tgem at the moment.
