When you start again put a sheet between the fence and the kick plate, dont remove until dry.

Next time lift the fence up to clear the bottom panels . then lower them when they are dry x

Try apply ing the fence treatment to the concrete gravel boards. It works.

Better off just painting the gravel boards the same colour. The fence paint will now come off.

Why did you not take them out and paint them on a sheet?
