Hi, what fruit and veg can I grow in various patio pots and hanging baskets, in a small paved garden? I want to get my children involved in the planting, growing eating. Thanks in advance.

We grow everything in a pot so far we have melons, potatoes, onions, salads, herbs and cucumbers coming on slowly xx

i got one seed per pot. If go to local morrisons is where we get ours and ask if they have any spare flower pots that they use for showing boquets in that what we growing ours in. Xx we get about 5 for £1 off them xx

Tomatoes grow in sacks , pots or hanging baskets. just plant one&you'll get lots of tomato plants. Potatoes also. Strawberriescan be a pot or hanging basket too.

Most fruit&veg are easily grown in small places even apple trees can be potted for patios.

We also have herb garden. Rosemary, mint, thyme, sage. I add parsley and basil in the summer.
