Advice please.,. The top bit of my lawn is all patchy I have put boxes and boxes of grass seed on last summer and it’s a mess !,,,, think a lot is to do with the birds taking the seed when down , what could I use please to stop this happening and would you suggest new soil maybe ?

Jet washed the patio and managed to get a lot of the dirt away but it’s far from what used to look like when it was new.

This may or may not be a stupid question.but can I use water from my condenser drier to water my plants or does it contain other “stuff” that isn’t good for them?
