I’m struggling. very much.I’m struggling. very much. I’m 44 years old and I’m having crazy anxiety issues and waking up at night completely drenched with sweat. I completed phase 4 last year and jumped back into phase 1 right after Christmas. I’m now doing phase 2 because my new job position requires me to teach several exercise classes a day and I need more calories. I’m afraid I have messed myself up a bit because my hormones seem to be going wack. Any suggestions? Should I just eat low carb. which is how I need to eat to maintain weight loss? I still need to pull off about 30 pounds.
