Ok all so super odd post. Last time I did ipa I worked all evening shifts so generally got a lot more sleep. Now working early morning shifts and not having a great nights sleep I’m finding weight loss slower. I find on the weekends or days I sleep in 10 hrs sleep or so I loose weight overnight usually 1-2 pounds granted I usually only get to sleep in once a week or so but still it’s crazy how my weight loss seems to be in hand with my sleep. Any one else notice this? Or is it likely just a coincidence?

I have. I make sure my weigh day is on Sunday because I know I will be able to get at least 8-9 hours of sleep.

I read a couple of studiesthat linked good sleep hygiene (routines, amount of sleep, quality of sleep, etc) to enhanced weight loss. If I recall correctly it had to do respiration. Now I'm going to the rabbit hole to see if I can find the articles again. If I find them I'll share them.
