Does anyone know why commenting gets turned off on some posts that aren’t even getting ugly or too many comments on them? I feel like things get shut down pretty fast in this group.

I think the admins do an amazing job and have an incredible amount of patience. Just being a member of the group who reads the daily posts, I personally get frustrated seeing the same questions posted over and over and over and think to myself, "Just read the guidelines like they tell you to and use the search bar, and you won't be so lost and will know exactly what to do, what to eat, and how the whole protocol works. It's easy--just follow the directions. "

Sometimes it's an "asked and answered" thing. Once the correct answer is posted, admin does not want to invite more comments that often veer into non-protocol suggestions. Some topics are more prone to that than others.

When you don't like the comments, but you're not an admin.

Gotta love them admins. Thankfully they still have a sense of humor after all these years!
