I am starting IPA this weekend once my food arrives. I did IPA in 2016-17 and lost 100lbs. I was sick and hospitalized and gained it all back. I want to train to run a 5k so I will be exercising and/or running every other day. Should I do alternative or Regular? Or can I do alternative only on the days I exercise? Thanks for the help!

Do people prefer ip or ipa and is there much difference I know people are going to answer read the files but I am looking for peoples opinions

@halfblood67 I would be curious also. I did IP for 6. 5 months and lost 100lb and 6 sizes. This is my first time trying IPA.

@pelota63 it’s the same protocol, just different names on the packages. There’s actually more variety in the IPA packets than IP.
