I have been doing IPA for about 2 months and in general it's been going great. My scale has my lean mass as being very consistent. This week though, it's been going down almost a pound a day. I'm now down 3 lbs of lean mass, as well as overall weight. I feel fine so I'm haven't been overly concerned but I'm wondering if I should add in an extra packet?
