One thing you DO have control over is planning your daily schedule and meals. Set uo a bfast, lunch, dinner snackmenu for your fiid. Each day take out the oackets you will eat fir the day. Prep veggies in 1 or 2 cup amounts, cook a meal for the family using allowed meats and veggies and add another side for them. Make a list of big and little things you want to accomplish around the house in the next few weeks and tackle a couple things each day. Take charge of YOU!
