Anyone from the UK here who has successfully found alternatives and can advise? I have done IP three times over the last 6 years with varied levels of success, based on my own dedication. This summer, my job moved me to England, where there are no clinics/coaches, so I need to do IPA, but most of the products suggested in posts here are only available in the US. I am very familiar with the protocol and how to gauge whether a product is in protocol, etc., but looking for some quick suggestions of specific products available in the UK, if anyone can help.  Thanks!

I feel your pain - I spent a few weeks in England at Christmas trying to be on plan and the protein bars and shakes were difficult to find. I found some in the special nutrition aisle of Sainsburys near the baby stuff.

There’s a site called posted protein. Check it out. I ordered some Quest shake from them when I was in UK.

Try searching England, Great Britain, or UK in this group. That will bring up some posts with info that can help.
