I used IP foods then at first but then switched to an alternative shake (approved by the coach/dr) for the rest of the the time I was on it. Now after 10 years I’m back to that original starting weight and starting over. ♀️ My first question for those who have done the program multiple times, do you find you don’t lose weight as fast as you did your first time on this protocol? And secondly, I didn’t see on the approved alternatives, collagen powder. I usually have one serving in my morning coffee. The one I use is 45 cal, 11g protein, 0 fat/carbs. I’m curious if I can continue this while doing phase 1 as collagen seems to make a BIG difference in my joints, complexion and hair, and really really hate to give it up for so long. But also don’t want to slow my potential results. Thanks for your help.
