Hi everyone.   Around 10 years ago I did IP thru my drs office to lose after having twins.Hi everyone.  Around 10 years ago I did IP thru my drs office to lose after having twins. I used IP foods then at first but then switched to an alternative shake (approved by the coach/dr) for the rest of the the time I was on it. Now after 10 years I’m back to that original starting weight and starting over. ‍♀️ My first question for those who have done the program multiple times, do you find you don’t lose weight as fast as you did your first time on this protocol? And secondly, I didn’t see on the approved alternatives, collagen powder. I usually have one serving in my morning coffee. The one I use is 45 cal, 11g protein, 0 fat/carbs. I’m curious if I can continue this while doing phase 1 as collagen seems to make a BIG difference in my joints, complexion and hair, and really really hate to give it up for so long. But also don’t want to slow my potential results. Thanks for your help.

I’ve done IPA 5 times after kids & life, every time is a different adventure but not necessarily slower.

As far as the weight thing, i have done this multiple times also‍♀️but i never have had that power first week experience that i had the first time i did IP but after that i usually average 10 to 12 lbs a month. Which is average from first time

You were 10 years younger! Age does affect rates of loss.

It has worked the same for me by doing IPA. I still lose as if I’m actually using IP foods. You can do it!

I have done this multiple times, sometimes with no success at all cause I used to stop and lose focus but this time, with the help of this group I am going strong and losing between 0. 8 to 3. 2 pounds a week

I have did the program a few times, I felt the first time I lost the weight faster. I am loosing the weight at a slower pace presently but I am going to start walking. It helps my joints and increases my flexibility and outlook. Might try the collagen powder, anything that helps with the joint pain. Hang in there. we can do this.

I’m finishing up my first week and down 12lbs. It’s about the same as the last two times.
