Does anyone else find that a lack of sleep seems to slow weight loss? I’m back at work full time with a newborn at home. So many nights I’m going off 4 hours of sleep if I’m lucky. I’ve noticed that the weeks where I got more sleep I seem to have a bigger loss.

Yes for sure. You need 7-8 hours of sleep a night to help with losing weight. It's tough with a newborn, so it's out of your control. Just keep at it, drink your water, eat the sheet, etc. Even slower loss is better than NO loss or than gaining.

Definitely! Sleep regulates hormones and lack of sleep increases cortisol which is a fat storing hormone making it more difficult to lose. Congrats on the new baby.

Then I doomed! I'm luck to get 3 or 4 hours seep a nite. It's been that way for years
