In Canada I was told 1/2 price I paid 55. 00 and had it shipped with an order of product. I believe it’s due to current covid 19 situation.

Question for those of you who use the scale- can non-IP people use the scale and app? I just bought the scale, and my husband would like to use it too and get all the info the app has. He made an account but there is no where to weigh-in. Thanks!

Yes - just sign up for an account free on the app for him and ask clinic to change him to Phase 1 so he can sync his weight

I'm not sure what an IP scale does that any other kitchen/food scale doesn't do but. ……. You can get a food scale on Amazon or Walmart for under $20. Between a standard, two cup measuring cup and our cheapo food scale we've got the bases covered.

It all depends when your clinic bought the scales. IP started selling the scales 50% to clinics just recently. I had two people that order them right as the sale came out and they were charged full price. But still $70-100 for that scale is cheaper that some out there.

I purchased one last year, use it at home, but my IP coach’s scale is calibrated differently and shows that I weigh one pound heavier than my IP scale.

@gibbons10 My coach’s name is Jenn and her #905-447-4495. She is currently in her Clinic Monday, Tuesday’s and Wednesday (4-6:00) doing curb side pickup. I’m sure something could be worked out.
