The new crazy coffee drink craze. aaaand its delicious! 2 Tbsp instant coffee, 2 Tbsp cold water, 1 tsp splenda, mix or whip with hand mixer until fluffy (takes a few minutes). Then I have a vanilla ready made drink on ice in the glass. Put the whipped coffee on top, then mix it in. So yummy. Tomorrow, I am picking up the cappuccino drink to have this with. Can't wait!
