I did it and LOVE it! I really liked the turnips better though! Much easier to cut and tastes better. Both are winners. But you will like turnips better. Tastes like potatoes

@codycoe 400 for 15-20 min turn after 10 min. Radishes are good with a golden brown color and soft. Don’t use to much olive oil or it’s mushy. It really is the kind of thing that you have to really watch. It all depends on how thick/thin they are cut. I recommend thinner. Some ovens may very by 5 min or so. The first time REALLY watch it

This doesn't answer your question but I saute them. I really like them. I love radishes but when sautéed the bite/hot is gone.

I actually put them in the grill. A little olive oil and spices. If i were doing oven 425 for 20.
