Take whatever you gotta take to get over it and keep eating what you’re supposed to on the plan. That and get plenty of sleep. The meds will work out, but yes, it will slow you down. Your aren’t in a race. Take your NyQuil. Take your Mucinex D or Allegra D. And drink your water. Don’t worry about the sugars. They will process out.
