I know you can’t eat cooked onion. but does anyone know if you can have a soup that was made with a boiled onion or gravy that was cooked with onion but not actually eating the cooked onion in either of them?

I mean scientifically the sugars from the onion would be in the broth or gravy. So best bet would be no. But realistically I dont think its be enough to kick you out of ketosis or stall your weight loss significantly. ‍♀️ I've made fajitas (with onions) for the whole house and just used the peppers for myself. It's your journey

I use the dehydrated onion for flavor.
