Hello all!  Do all the ip products contain whey protein?Hello all! Do all the ip products contain whey protein? I had to stop the diet due to extreme gastrointestional issues from a whey allergy. I unfortunately have lactose intolerance and a slight allergy to soy :( Are there any products that could work for me so I can loose the last 20 pounds I want to loose?

Those aren’t full proteins and aren’t supposed to be counted as 1 of your 3, so I don’t think it would be okay to do the protocol just with them.

No. Many are just soy - the bars and chips for example

I just looked at the ingredient list, looks like I can have the rasberry geletan and one other berry drink!

If you want to follow the protocol you need to use alternatives to accommodate your dietary restrictions or just do keto with whole foods. One alternative that I know would work for you is the one I use for the same reasons as you which is Sunwarrior High Performance protein powder. You can message me if you want more info.

Have You spoken to your coach about this? There’s six different proteins that are used in the program. Not all of them contain way you’re not all of them contain soy.

I was the same so bad . I was diagnosed with IBS. Stoped the product and all is well . Can I ask how you go tested for the different foods ?
